° La sal se venderá á razón de veinte centavos por arroba, y no podrá ser importada á Cundinamarca. La persona que la introdujere en este Departamento, además de perderla, incurrirá en una multa de un peso por cada arroba y al denunciante del contrabando se le adjudicará la sal decomisada y el valor de la multa impuesta.
