° La sal de Muneque será vendida á precio de costo, el cual oportunamente fijará el Gobierno, y nadie podrá importarla á Boyacá. La persona que viole esta disposición perderá toda la sal que introduzca en dicho Departamento é incurrirá además en una multa de un peso por cada arroba, todo lo cual será para el que descubra el contrabando.
