° La Salina de Cumaral y Upín pertenecerá en lo sucesivo á la Intendencia de San Martin, como la de Muneque á Casanare, y será administrada por un empicado nombrado por el Gobierno y que gozará de la asignación mensual de doscientos pesos ($ 200).
