por la cual se declara Patrimonio Cultural Nacional las Procesiones de Semana Santa y el Festival de Música Religiosa de Popayán, departamento del Cauca, se declara monumento Nacional un inmueble urbano, se hace un reconocimiento y se dictan otras disposiciones.
