Reconózcase, a través de la Junta Permanente Pro Semana Santa de Popayán, y previo concepto del Ministerio de Cultura, a los creadores, gestores y promotores de las tradiciones culturales de las Procesiones de Semana Santa y del Festival de Música Religiosa de Popayán, los estímulos mencionados en el artículo 18 de la Ley 397 de 1997 .
