1Para Desempeñar Los Cargos Directivos Docentes A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 33 Del Decreto 2277 De 1979 Se Deben Llenar Los Siguientes Requisitos Mínimos: 12Para Ser Supervisor O Inspector De Educación Se Requiere, Además De Los Requisitos Previstos Para El Respectivo Nivel En Los Numerales 1 Y 2 Del Artículo Anterior, Acreditar Un Curso De No Menos De 120 Horas En Administración Educativa Realizado En Institución De Educación Superior Aprobada Por El Ministerio De Educación Nacional3Todo Nombramiento Para Los Cargos Directivos A Que Se Refiere Este Decreto Deberá Ser Confirmado Por La Misma Entidad Que Lo Haya Proferido, Una Vez Se Acredite El Lleno De Los Requisitos Establecidos, Para Lo Cual El Interesado Dispondrá De Un Plazo De Quince (15) Días, Contados A Partir De La Comunicación Del Nombramiento4Las Juntas Seccionales De Escalafón Evaluarán Periódicamente El Desarrollo De Las Labores De Los Directivos A Que Se Refiere Este Decreto5Este Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición
