POR EL CUAL SE ADSCRIBEN A LOS JEFES DE ALGUNAS OFICINAS POSTALES Y TELEGRAFICAS LAS FUNCIONES DE RECAUDADOR DE HACIENDA NACIONAL

1Adscríbense Las Funciones De Recaudador De Hacienda Nacional A Los Telegrafistas Y Administradores De Correos De Las Poblaciones De Santa Teresa (Tolima), Valledupar (Magdalena), Jordán (Santander Del Sur), El Charco (Nariño), Uribe (Meta) Y Santa Isabel De Providencia2Cuando En Los Lugares Expresados En El Artículo Anterior Las Oficinas De Telégrafos O De Correos Sean Servidas Por Mujeres, Éstas En Su Carácter De Recaudadoras Atenderán A La Venta De Especies Y A Las Demás Funciones Anexas A Ese Empleo Para Cuyo Desempeño No Estén Impedidas Por La Ley3Los Jefes De Las Oficinas Telegráficas Y Postales De Que Trata Este Decreto, Pueden Asegurar Su Manejo Como Recaudadores De Hacienda Nacional Con Las Mismas Fianzas Que Garantizan Los Empleos Que Actualmente Desempeñan4Los Empleados De Que Trata Este Decreto, Por Razón De Las Nuevas Funciones Que Se Les Asignan, Tendrán Derecho A Un Diez Por Ciento (10 Por 100) De Las Sumas Que Recauden Por Ventas De Papel Sellado Y Estampillas De Timbre Nacional Y De Sanidad, Limitando Es Porcientaje A Treinta Pesos ($ 30) Mensuales
