° Cuando en los lugares expresados en el artículo anterior las Oficinas de Telégrafos o de Correos sean servidas por mujeres, éstas en su carácter de Recaudadoras atenderán a la venta de especies y a las demás funciones anexas a ese empleo para cuyo desempeño no estén impedidas por la ley. Las funciones para las cuales existiere impedimento, como el cobro de deudas por jurisdicción coactiva, serán atendidas directamente por el respectivo Administrador Departamental de Hacienda Nacional o por los funcionarios que disponga el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
