° Los Jefes de las Oficinas Telegráficas y Postales de que trata este Decreto, pueden asegurar su manejo como Recaudadores de Hacienda Nacional con las mismas fianzas que garantizan los empleos que actualmente desempeñan. Para el efecto, los respectivos fiadores deberán declarar por escrito que extienden al nuevo empleo el aseguro que tienen constituído, procediendo en todo caso de acuerdo con lo que disponga la Contraloría General de la República.
