1Créase En La Intendencia De San Andrés Y Providencia Un Cuerpo De Policía, Con El Personal Y Asignaciones Siguientes: Un Jefe Con, $ 100 Mensuales2Autorízase Intendente Nacional Para Que Formule El Respectivo Reglamento Y Lo Someta A La Aprobación Del Ministerio De Gobierno, Y Para Que De Acuerdo Con El Jefe Que Se Nombre, Designe El Personal De Agentes3El Pago De Personal Y Material Del Cuerpo De Policía Se Hará De Modo Individual, Por El Administrador De Hacienda De La Intendencia, En La Forma Acostumbrada Para Los Demás Empleados, Sobre Nóminas Y Cuentas De Cobro Que Presentarán El Jefe Del Cuerpo O El Interesado Respectivo, Con El Visto Bueno Del Intendente Y Que Llenen Los Requisitos Exigidos Por Los Reglamentos De Contabilidad Oficial4El Gasto Que Ocasione El Cumplimiento De Este Decreto, Así Como El De Material Que Cause El Cuerpo De Policía, Se Tomará De La Partida Señalada En El Presupuesto Nacional De Gastos Para El Personal Y Material De La Intendencia De San Andrés Y Providencia, En La Presente Vigencia Y En Las Siguientes
