1A Partir De La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto, Las Maquinarias Y Equipos Que Se Importen Al País Con Destino Al Montaje De Nuevas Industrias, A La Modernización Y Ensanche De Las Existentes, Mediante Crédito Externo Y Cuyo Valor Sea Amortizable En Un Plazo Total No Inferior A Cuatro Años, Y En Cuotas Proporcionales A Partir De Los Seis (6) Meses Siguientes A La Fecha En Que Sea Utilizada La Respectiva Licencia De Importación, Tendrán Derecho A Recibir Divisas De Un Tipo Oficial Y Causarán Un Impuesto De Timbre Del 40%2El Presente Decreto Rige Desde La Fecha De Su Expedición
