1Desde La Expedición Del Presente Decreto Habrá En Cada Departamento Una Junta De Censura Encargada De Examinar Todas Las Películas Destinadas A Ser Exhibidas En Los Salones De Cinematógrafo, Películas Que Sólo Podrán Exhibirse Previo El Dictamen Favorable De Dicha Junta2Estas Juntas Estarán Compuestas De3Los Gobernadores Fijarán El Estipendio Con Que Debe Remunerarse A Los Miembros De Las Juntas De Censura En Cada Departamento Y Reglamentarán La Manera Proporcional Como Las Empresas De Cinematógrafo Deban Atender Al Pago De Este Servicio, Lo Mismo Que Todos Los Detalles A Que Dé Lugar El Presente Decreto
