° Desde la expedición del presente Decreto habrá en cada Departamento una Junta de Censura encargada de examinar todas las películas destinadas a ser exhibidas en los salones de cinematógrafo, películas que sólo podrán exhibirse previo el dictamen favorable de dicha Junta.
