1Para Dar Cumplimiento A Lo Dispuesto Por Los Artículos 93 De La Ley 81 De 1960 Y 237 Del Decreto 437 De 1961, El Gobierno Nacional Celebrará Con El Banco Central Hipotecario Los Convenios Necesarios Para Determinar Las Condiciones De Interés De Las Cédulas Hipotecarias Destinadas A Absorber La Inversión Sustitutiva Del Impuesto Especial Para Vivienda Y El Plazo Durante El Cual Los Contribuyentes Deberán Conservar En Sus Activos Dichas Cédulas, Plazo Que En Ningún Caso Será Inferior A 5 Años2Las Inversiones Que Los Contribuyentes Hayan Efectuado Antes De La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto O De Los Contratos Celebrados Conforme Al Artículo Anterior, Se Mantendrán En Las Condiciones Previstas Para Su Constitución Hasta La Expiración Del Plazo Fijado Al Contribuyente Para Conservar Las Cédulas Dentro De Sus Activos3El Presente Decreto Rige Desde Su Expedición
