Las inversiones que los contribuyentes hayan efectuado antes de la vigencia del presente Decreto o de los contratos celebrados conforme al artículo anterior, se mantendrán en las condiciones previstas para su constitución hasta la expiración del plazo fijado al contribuyente para conservar las cédulas dentro de sus activos.
