1º Cuando Las Asociaciones De Los Titulares De Los Derechos Reconocidos Por La Ley 23 De 1982 Se Organicen Mediante El Establecimiento De Seccionales Para Las Distintas Regiones O Ciudades Del País, La Asamblea General Ordinaria O Extraordinaria Estará Integrada Por Los Delegados Que Escoja La Respectiva Asamblea Seccional2º Las Asambleas Generales A Que Se Refiere El Artículo Anterior, Se Reunirán Válidamente Con La Presencia De Delegados Que Representen A Por Lo Menos La Mitad Más Uno De Los Asociados3º El Artículo 19 Del Decreto 3116 De 1984, Quedará Así: Para La Protección De Las Obras Cinematográficas De Video, Videocasetes O Audiovisuales Se Requiere Que Todos Los Ejemplares Puestos A La Venta, Alquiler O Cualquier Uso Similar, Contengan Las Formalidades Establecidas En El Artículo 180 De La Ley 23 De 19824º Este Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
