º El artículo 19 del Decreto 3116 de 1984, quedará así: Para la protección de las obras cinematográficas de video, videocasetes o audiovisuales se requiere que todos los ejemplares puestos a la venta, alquiler o cualquier uso similar, contengan las formalidades establecidas en el artículo 180 de la Ley 23 de 1982.
