º Las Asambleas Generales a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se reunirán válidamente con la presencia de delegados que representen a por lo menos la mitad más uno de los asociados. Las decisiones de esta clase de asambleas se tomarán, previa verificación del quórum, con el voto favorable de los delegados que representen por lo menos la mitad más uno del total de votos que se pueden emitir. Lo aquí dispuesto no modifica las normas legales o estatutarias sobre quórum y mayoría diferentes.
