1º Los Titulares De Asignación De Retiro O Pensión Militar De Que Trata El Artículo 167 Del Decreto 89 De 1984, Y Los De Pensión De Beneficiarios A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 187 Del Mismo Decreto, Cuando No Puedan Cobrar Directamente Dichas Prestaciones, Deberán Comprobar Mensualmente Su Supervivencia Ante La Correspondiente Entidad Pagadora2º La Prueba De Supervivencia De Que Trata El Artículo Anterior, Debe Ser Expedida En La Fecha En Que Dicho Pago Se Hace Exigible O Con Posterioridad A Ella, Y En Ningún Caso Antes Del Vencimiento Del Lapso Al Cual Corresponde El Pago3º Además De Las Autoridades Señaladas En El Artículo 76 Del Decreto 1848 De 1969 Y En El Artículo 3º Del Decreto 960 De 1970, Son Competentes Para Expedir Los Certificados De Supervivencia De Que Trata Este Decreto, Las Siguientes Personas: -Jefe De Personal Del Cuerpo Armado U Organismo De Seguridad De Carácter Estatal En Que El Titular De La Asignación O Pensión Preste Sus Servicios4º El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
