º Los titulares de asignación de retiro o pensión militar de que trata el artículo 167 del Decreto 89 de 1984, y los de pensión de beneficiarios a que se refiere el artículo 187 del mismo Decreto, cuando no puedan cobrar directamente dichas prestaciones, deberán comprobar mensualmente su supervivencia ante la correspondiente entidad pagadora.
