1Article 161De Este Decreto, Quedará Así: "anualmente O Antes Y Cada Vez Que Sea Solicitado Por Cualquier Ciudadano, Los Alcaldes Harán El Contraste O Revisión De Pesas, Medidas E Instrumentos De Pesar Y De Medir, Y Si Encontraren Que Cualquiera De Estos Elementos No Reúne Las Condiciones Del Sistema Métrico Decimal, Oficialmente Adoptado Por El Gobierno, Impondrán Al Dueño O Tenedor Una Multa De Veinticinco ($ 25) A Cincuenta Pesos ($ 50), Por Cada Pesa O Medida, O Por Cada Instrumento De Pesar O De Medir, Que No Estén Ajustados A Lo Dispuesto En Este Decreto, Sin Perjuicio De Condenar Tales Instrumentos
