1º La Fabricación De Cigarrillos En El País Es Libre Pero Sometiéndose Los Fabricantes Á Las Disposiciones Y Reglamentos Vigentes Sobre La Materia, Y Además Á Las Siguientes:2º Cada Fábrica Tendrá Denominación Especial Que En Ningún Caso Sea La Misma De Alguna Extranjera Cuyos Productos Se Importen Al País3º Es Prohibido Reempacar Ó Reenvolver Cigarrillos De Una Marca Para Hacerlos Figurar Como De Otra4º Las Falsificaciones De Cigarrillos Serán Castigadas De Conformidad Con Lo Prescrito En El Decreto Número 217 De 1900 Sobre Marcas De Fábricas, Y Respecto Á Las Imitaciones, Los Respectivos Empleados De Las Rentas Reorganizadas Se Abstendrán De Conceder Permiso Á Los Interesados Para La Fabricación Cuando Las Cajetillas No Tengan Las Condiciones Mencionadas En El Artículo 2
