º Es prohibido reempacar ó reenvolver cigarrillos de una marca para hacerlos figurar como de otra. La contravención a esta disposición será considerada como fraude, y los cigarrillos que se hallen en este caso serán decomisados como contrabando, y serán castigados tanto los fabricantes como los expendedores, de acuerdo con las disposiciones sobre contrabandos.
