º Las falsificaciones de cigarrillos serán castigadas de conformidad con lo prescrito en el Decreto número 217 de 1900 sobre marcas de fábricas, y respecto á las imitaciones, los respectivos empleados de las rentas reorganizadas se abstendrán de conceder permiso á los interesados para la fabricación cuando las cajetillas no tengan las condiciones mencionadas en el artículo 2. º de este Decreto, aun cuando ofrecieren pagar el impuesto correspondiente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
