1Las Exportaciones De Productos Cuyas Partidas Y Subpartidas Se Relacionan A Continuación Que Se Embarquen A Partir De La Fecha De Publicación Del Presente Decreto, Tendrán Los Siguientes Niveles Porcentuales Del Certificado De Reembolso Tributario, Cert2º Para Las Exportaciones De Productos Cuyas Partidas Y Subpartidas Arancelarias Se Enumeran En El Artículo Anterior, Destinadas A Países Signatarios Del Pacto Andino, Seguirán Vigentes Los Niveles De Cert Consagrados En El Decreto 446 De 19923º Las Exportaciones De Algodón De Las Partidas Y Subpartidas Arancelarias 144º Los Certificados De Reembolso Tributario Que Se Expidan Hasta Por Cinco Mil Millones De Pesos ($ 55º Adicionalmente, Se Podrán Emitir Certificados De Reembolso Tributario Hasta Por Treinta Y Cinco Mil Millones De Pesos ($ 356º En Los Certificados De Reembolso Tributario Que Se Expidan A Partir De La Publicación Del Presente Decreto Se Indicará En Forma Clara Y Ostensible En El Respectivo Título El Año A Partir Del Cual Se Podrán Utilizar Para El Pago De Los Mencionados Tributos En Desarrollo De Lo Dispuesto En Los Artículos 4º Y 5º7º El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación Y Hasta El 31 De Diciembre De 1992, Fecha En La Cual Regirán Los Niveles Establecidos En El Decreto 446 De 1992 O Las Normas Que Lo Modifiquen O Adicionen, Salvo Lo Establecido En El Artículo 4º De Este Decreto En Cuanto Los Certificados Correspondientes Sólo Se Podrán Emitir Una Vez Se Incorporen Los Recursos Al Presupuesto General De La Nación De Acuerdo Con La Ley
