º En los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario que se expidan a partir de la publicación del presente Decreto se indicará en forma clara y ostensible en el respectivo título el año a partir del cual se podrán utilizar para el pago de los mencionados tributos en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en los artículos 4º y 5º.
