1A Partir Del Dia 20 De Julio Del Presente Año, Todo Buque Mercante Que Entre O Salga Por El Canal De Bocas De Ceniza, Deberá Ser Conducido Por Un Piloto Oficial Del Puerto2Si Por Cualquier Circunstancia Un Buque Se Negare A Admitir A Bordo Al Piloto Oficial Del Puerto Para Entrar O Salir Por El Canal De Bocas De Ceniza, Pagara Los Derechos De Servicio De Piloto, Establecidos Por La Tarifas Vigentes O Que En Lo Sucesivo Se Establezcan, Y Se Hará Responsable De Los Danos Que Pueda Causar Las Obras De Encauzamiento Y Estabilización De Bocas De Cenizas
