º Si por cualquier circunstancia un buque se negare a admitir a bordo al piloto oficial del puerto para entrar o salir por el canal de bocas de ceniza, pagara los derechos de servicio de piloto, establecidos por la tarifas vigentes o que en lo sucesivo se establezcan, y se hará responsable de los danos que pueda causar las obras de encauzamiento y estabilización de bocas de cenizas. Comuníquese y publíquese.
