1En Desarrollo Del Artículo 2° De La Ley 336 De 1996 Y 2° Literal E) De La Ley 105 De 1993, Los Gremios Representativos Del Orden Nacional Del Sector Transporte Terrestre Automotor, Podrán Constituir Fondos De Seguridad Y Promoción Para El Transporte Terrestre2Los Fondos De Seguridad Y Promoción Para El Transporte Terrestre Automotor Podrán Incluir En Sus Estatutos Las Siguientes Estipulaciones: A) La Participación En El Consejo Directivo De Delegados Del Ministerio De Transporte, Policía Nacional, Así Como Otros Organismos De Seguridad Del Estado; B) Mecanismos Vinculantes De Estímulo Y Sanción Para El Pago De Las Cuotas O Aportes Que Se Definan; C) Régimen De Recaudos Y Su Destinación; D) Acciones, Programas, Proyectos E Inversiones En Materia De Seguridad Que Beneficien Al Sector Transportador Terrestre Del País; E) Campañas E Inversiones Para Reducir La Piratería Terrestre Con Participación Pública Y Privada En Beneficio Del Sector Transportador Terrestre Automotor3El Gobierno Nacional A Través Del Ministerio De Transporte Prestará Toda La Colaboración Y Apoyo A Los Participantes En Los Fondos De Que Trata El Artículo 1°4El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
