1Para Tener Derecho A La Subvención De Cuatrocientos Pesos ($400) Ofrecida Por La Ley 44 De 1890, El Individuo O Compañía Que Establezca La Navegación A Vapor En El Rio San Juan Cumplirá Con Todas Las Condiciones Que Impone Dicha Ley Y Podrá Hacer Hasta Veinticuatro Viajes Subvencionados, En Cada Año2Para Comprobar Que Se Han Llenado Las Condiciones Que Son Necesarias Para Ganarla Subvención, El Interesado Presentará Al Gobierno Un Certificado Del Perfecto Del A Provincia De San Juan Que Indique El Número De Viajes Redondos Que El Vapor O Vapores Hayan Hecho, Llenando Las Condiciones De La Ley, Durante Cada Semestre3El Derecho A Esta Subvención Será Por El Tiempo En Que El Congreso Vote En Los Respectivos Presupuestos La Partida Necesaria Para Pagarla
