° Para tener derecho a la subvención de cuatrocientos pesos ($400) ofrecida por la Ley 44 de 1890, el individuo o compañía que establezca la navegación a vapor en el rio San Juan cumplirá con todas las condiciones que impone dicha ley y podrá hacer hasta veinticuatro viajes subvencionados, en cada año.
