1-El Artículo 5 Del Decreto Número 827, De 20 De Mayo Último Quedará Así: No Gozaran De Franquicia En Las Encomiendas Consistentes En Artículos Que No Sean De Consumo Y De Primera Necesidad, Ni Las De Cigarros, Cigarrillos, Tabacos, Sin Manufacturas Licores Y Cervezas De Cualquier Clases, Ni Las Dirigidas A Enfermos Que Tengan Comercio Establecido De Los Artículos Que Reciban Por Encomiendas2-Refórmese El Decreto Ejecutivo Número 828, De 20 De Mayo Último De La Siguiente Manera: A) El Artículo 1º Quedara Así: Enmiéndese Por Correspondencia Oficial Las Cartas, Tarjetas, Periódicos, Impresos Ordinarios, Papeles De Negocios Que Remitan Las Oficinas Públicas Y Las Personas O Autoridades Que Gocen De Franquicia Para Que Circulen Por Los Correos Sin Las Formalidades De Recomendación Y Sin Causar Aporte Alguno
