Sólo podrá exportarse azúcar de caña cruda en estado sólido a granel, en bruto, con 85% a 97.5% de sacarosa, con una polarización máxima de 97.5 grados y en cuya elaboración no se hayan utilizado elementos de blanqueo. El azúcar en tales condiciones se presenta como un producto de color carmelita , con grano grueso recubierto por una película de melaza.
