Duración de la pena. La duración máxima de la pena es la siguiente: Prisión hasta sesenta (60) años. Arresto hasta ocho (8) años. Restricción domiciliaria hasta cinco (5) años. Interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas hasta diez (10) años. Prohibición del ejercicio de un arte, profesión u oficio, industria o comercio hasta cinco (5) años. Suspensión de la patria potestad hasta quince (15) años.
