Además de las condiciones que se exijan en los estatutos, para ser miembro de la junta directiva de un sindicato, se debe ser miembro de la organización sindical; la falta de esta condición invalida la elección. En ningún caso la junta directiva podrá estar conformada en su mayoría por personas extranjeras. (
