Los Concesionarios Deberán Registrar El Numero De Colocadores O Vendedores A Su Servicio Ante La Entidad Concedente Y Los Dotaran Del Carne O Credencial Que Para El Efecto Expida Esta Entidad, El Cual Servirá De Identificación Ante Los Jugadores O Ante Las Entidades Competentes

Articulo 37. Los concesionarios deberán registrar el numero de colocadores o vendedores a su servicio ante la entidad concedente y los dotaran del carne o credencial que para el efecto expida esta entidad, el cual servirá de identificación ante los jugadores o ante las entidades competentes.

Parágrafo

El carné o credencial tiene el carácter de documento publico intransferible. Cualquier tachadura, enmendadura o borrón será causal de nulidad, sin perjuicio de la sanción penal a que hubiere lugar.
