Vencido el término probatorio se correrá traslado a las partes para alegar por el término de tres (3) días y se dictará la correspondiente sentencia dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes. En la condena se incluirá la correspondiente indemnización de perjuicios en concreto, la cual prestará mérito ejecutivo.
