Las entidades territoriales deberán disponer, dentro de los 6 meses siguientes a la fecha de vigencia de esta Ley, la reestructuración de las entidades descentralizadas cuyo objeto principal sea la prestación de servicios de salud, con el fin de adecuarlas a lo dispuesto en este capítulo.
