Petición de absolución perentoria. Terminada la práctica de las pruebas, el fiscal o el defensor podrán solicitar al juez la absolución perentoria cuando resulten ostensiblemente atípicos los hechos en que se fundamentó la acusación, y el juez resolverá sin escuchar alegatos de las partes e intervinientes.
