Modifícase el parágrafo 5º del artículo 485-2 del Estatuto Tributario, el cual queda así:
" Parágrafo 5º. El beneficio previsto en este artículo solo será aplicable para la maquinaria industrial que se adquiera o importe hasta el día 30 de abril del año 2007 inclusive".
