ARTICULO 59. Prohibición relacionada con las bebidas alcohólicas. Cuando uno de los factores del delito haya sido el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas, el juez impondrá como pena accesoria y por término hasta de tres (3) años, la prohibición de consumir tales bebidas.
