A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, la Administración Municipal de Envigado y la Administración Departamental de Antioquia, estarán autorizadas para asignar partidas presupuestales de su respectivo presupuesto anual, para el cumplimiento de las disposiciones consagradas en la presente ley.
