Contra las sentencias dictadas en los procesos de que trata la presente Ley procede el recurso de apelación en el efecto suspensivo, ante el Alcalde, el Gobernador del Departamento, Intendente o Comisario, y en los Distritos Especiales ante el Alcalde Mayor, o en sus respectivos delegados.
