En los procesos contravencionales a que se refiere esta Ley, el funcionario podrá conceder la libertad condicional al condenado, cuando haya cumplido las dos terceras partes de la condena, siempre que su personalidad, su buena conducta en el establecimiento carcelario y sus antecedentes de todo orden, permitan suponer fundadamente su readaptación social.
