A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, la administración municipal de Tunja la administración departamental de Boyacá estarán autorizadas para asignar partidas presupuestales de su respectivo presupuesto anual, para el cumplimiento de las disposiciones consagradas en la presente ley.
