ARTICULO 247 . Prueba para condenar . No se podrá dictar sentencia condenatoria sin que obre en el proceso prueba que conduzca a la certeza del hecho punible y la responsabilidad del sindicado. En los procesos de que conocen los jueces regionales no se podrá dictar sentencia condenatoria que tenga como único fundamento, uno o varios testimonios de personas cuya identidad se hubiere reservado.
