Cierre de la investigación. Agotada la investigación o vencido el término legal para realizarla, el Representante-Investigador dictará auto declarándola cerrada. En este mismo auto, contra el que no procede recurso alguno, se ordenará dar traslado por el término de diez (10) días al defensor para gue presente sus puntos de vista sobre el mérito de la investigación.
