ARTICULO 226 . Resolución sobre la admisibilidad del recurso . Si la demanda no reúne los requisitos, se declarará desierto el recurso y se devolverá el proceso al tribunal de origen. En caso contrario se correrá traslado al Procurador delegado en lo penal por un término de veinte días para que obligatoriamente emita concepto.
