Posesión injustificada de instrumentos para atentar contra la propiedad . El que en lugar público o abierto al público y de manera injustificada porte llaves maestras o ganzúas, incurrirá en pena de arresto de seis (6) a dieciocho (18) meses, siempre que la conducta no constituya hecho punible sancionado con pena mayor.
