Con las rentas y recursos de capital de que trata el artículo anterior, aprópiese para atender los gastos de funcionamiento, inversión y servicio de la deuda pública del Presupuesto General de la Nación durante la vigencia fiscal del 1º de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2001, una suma por valor de cincuenta y cuatro billones novecientos setenta y siete mil cuatrocientos noventa y dos millones setecientos veintitrés mil novecientos treinta y dos pesos moneda legal ($54,977,492,723,932), según el detalle que se encuentra a continuación:
